Welcome to Gotham Firearms Training’s FFL Services, where we simplify and ensure the legality of your firearm transactions. Our Federal Firearms License (FFL) services cover a range of offerings to meet the needs of enthusiasts, collectors, and individuals involved in legal firearm transactions.

Firearms Transfers:

Transfer Fee: $35 per firearm, plus a $5 background fee.
Shipping and Receiving: Options for providing a shipping label or utilizing our prepared label.
Packaging: Nominal cost of $10 for box and shipping material.

Firearm Storage:

Monthly Storage Fee: $35 per firearm.

FFL Transfer Process:

Ensure a smooth FFL transfer process by following these instructions. Our requirements are in place to protect all parties involved.

Items Accepted:

Long guns, Handguns, Receivers/Frames, NFA/Class III, and related items.

Items Not Accepted:

NFA/Class III and related items.

Service Charges:

Long Gun/Handgun/Receiver Fee(s): $35.00 for each transferable item.
Monthly storage fee after 30 days: $35.00 per transferable item(s).

Seller Requirements:

The seller must be either:

1.Active Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL Dealer):

FFL holder must forward a copy of their FFL to us.
Non-receipt of FFL may lead to transaction termination.

2.Individual:

Individuals must ship their firearms through a licensed FFL Dealer.

Guidelines for Transfers:

Notify the shipping dealer of the transfer through Gotham Firearms Training LLC.
We will contact you upon receiving the firearm; pickup scheduling will follow.

Picking Up Your Firearm:

Transferee must be at least 21 years old for long guns and 21 for handguns or other firearms.
Valid government-issued identification is required.
Completion of ATF form 4473 and federal background check (NICS) is mandatory.

NICS Responses:

PROCEED: Pickup after transfer fees are paid.
DELAYED: Await final response; pickup after 7 business days without a response.
DENIED: No pickup; transfer fees still apply, no returns/refunds.

Abandoned Product/Product Ownership:

Reasonable attempts to contact Transferee within 30 days.
If unclaimed, product may be shipped back with COD charges.
After 90 days, unclaimed products become property of Gotham Firearms Training, with no payment to Transferee.
